This is the house we just put an offer on last week. I am excited to say that they signed the mutual agreement and we have a pre-approval letter so nobody can bump us. It is a short sale house so the bank (their lender) needs to approve the offer as well and also the closing can take up to 90 days. I am soooo excited and cannot wait! Finally a house of our own...I can paint, have animals, decorate however..etc. Anyways, everyone have a good weekend.
